Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Asian Digital Solutions ("we", "us"), who run MyMarket (the "site"). By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

1. What we are

MyMarket is an online classifieds platform. We are an intermediary: we give people a place to advertise things and to talk to each other. We do not own, sell, inspect or deliver the items, and we are not a party to any deal between a buyer and a seller. We do not guarantee that an ad is true, that an item is genuine or legal, or that a buyer or seller will behave honestly.

2. Your account

• Give true information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. A mobile number can be linked to one account only.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

2A. Agreement and consent

By ticking the box when you create your account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You can leave at any time by deleting your account from the Account page.

3. Posting ads

Post only from the city where the item is. We check your location when you post (with your permission) and the ad's city must be near you. Ads for another city need a reason, are marked "Seller is in ...", and are checked by a moderator. Posting for many cities from one place is not allowed, and such ads are held or removed.

You may post an ad only for something you own or are allowed to sell, and only with photos and details that are yours and are true. You are fully responsible for the content you post. By posting you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, resize, display and share your ad and photos on the site and in search engines, for as long as the ad is live.

4. What is not allowed

You must not post, send or do any of the following:

• Anything illegal in India, or that helps someone break the law: stolen goods, counterfeit or fake items, weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs and intoxicants, endangered animals or wildlife parts, human organs, adult or obscene content, gambling, lottery or "get rich quick" schemes, forged documents, personal data of other people, or items you cannot legally sell.
• Misleading, fake or duplicate ads, wrong category or wrong price, "bait" ads, or ads for items you do not have.
• Asking for advance money, "token" or "courier" payments, OTPs, bank, card or UPI PIN details. Fraud and phishing.
• Abuse, threats, hate, harassment, or content that harms children or hurts religious or community feelings.
• Using bots, scrapers or scripts, trying to get around our security, rate limits or the bot checks, or putting a load on the site.
• Collecting other users' details, or sending spam or promotions through chat.
• Posting content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights.

5. Staying safe

Meet in a public place. Check the item before you pay. Never pay in advance, never share an OTP or PIN, and be careful with "too good to be true" prices. Report anything suspicious using the Report button on the ad. Deals are made at your own risk.

6. Our rights

We may remove any ad or message, hold or end any account, or block a device or network, with or without notice, when we believe these terms or the law have been broken, or to protect users and the site. We may also remove content when we receive an order from a court or a competent government authority. We may share information with the police or other authorities when the law requires it.

7. Fees

Posting an ad is free at the moment. If we start charging for any service we will say so clearly before you pay, and the price shown at that time is the price you pay.

8. Our responsibility

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it running and safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by a deal between users, by content posted by users, by someone misusing your account, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

9. Intellectual property

The site design, name, logo and software belong to Asian Digital Solutions. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. City data comes from GeoNames under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about content or about the site, please use the Grievance Officer page. We will acknowledge and handle it as explained there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India that have jurisdiction will hear any dispute.
